Customizing Sounds!

Well one day I was fucking with my Kuma Files, and I found this neat file. After modding it, it can play my custom sounds for my client sounds, without replacing the default!

So what does that mean?@!*&$
Now you can take control of the sounds that the entities produce, in any server.

It is a script, so does that mean clients joining my server will download the custom content and use it, just like fucking the weapon ammo and damage scripts?{*^#$#@
Maybe, I haven't had a chance to test it out.
